Questions & answers
How do I find an investor for a startup in Russia?+
List your project on X100BASE: a round with an amount and terms, a data room with documents. Investors — Russian and international (EU, Dubai) — request access or leave a signal of interest themselves. Listing is free.
How do I sell a startup or a ready-made IT project?+
List the card as an "outright sale": price, the exact asset contents (code, domains, brand, contracts), reason for sale and handover terms. The buyer reviews materials under NDA and closes directly.
How much does listing a project cost?+
Listing and the catalog are free. The platform earns from services (packaging, due diligence, turnkey development) and a 5% fee on a closed sale deal sourced through the base; there is no fee on investment rounds.
Is the platform involved in deal settlements?+
No. All settlements happen directly between the parties. X100BASE does not receive or hold deal money, and is not a broker or an investment platform under Russian law (259-FZ).
What is Bank Verified?+
A verification badge: the claimed revenue is reconciled against a bank statement by hand, with a decision within 48 hours. It comes with an English-language report for international investors. The badge is not an audit and does not replace your own due diligence.
How does access to sensitive materials work?+
Financials and the data room open on an access request: the investor accepts an NDA, the founder approves. After approval the founder’s contacts are revealed — from there the parties communicate directly.
What does an investor need to request access?+
A completed profile (a bio or an investment thesis + a minimum check) — a KYC-lite filter that protects founders from anonymous requests.
Can I add a co-founder to a project?+
Yes: in your account, the "Team" block — an invite by email. A co-founder can edit the card and data room and submit for review.
What happens after a deal closes?+
The founder reports the deal in their account ("Report a deal") — a condition of the offer terms. The platform invoices its fee separately; the card can be unpublished.
